The Executive Director acts as principal administrator of the organization and has general responsibility for overseeing all aspects of its operation. This position makes policy and action recommendations to the board and to committees and carries out the decisions of these groups. The Executive Director is the primary spokesperson and media contact for the Foundation’s policy positions. The Executive Director also serves as the Foundation’s primary development contact.
Blair manages general office operations for HWF. She fields general inquires, tracks membership records, and assists the Executive Director with administrative projects. Blair also coordinates the Plaque Program and serves as staff support for the Plaque Committee.
Lindsay provides accounting services for HWF, and assists the Executive Director concerning the day-to-day finances of the Foundation.
