October 10, 2020: Ladder Workshop (Demonstration Only)

Are you looking for the perfect handmade gift for the salvage lover in your life? Attend this workshop and learn how you can make a simple decorative ladder from re-claimed wood. We will cover choosing, prepping and cutting the wood for this project, as well as the salt wash paint technique, should you want to paint your ladder! You’ll learn tips and techniques on assembling a ladder that can be used to add a cool rustic vibe to anyone’s home décor. You will also receive a printout of instructions for how to make your ladder at home, and we can assist you when selecting wood!

To ensure proper social distancing and the safety of our staff, volunteers and workshop participants, the workshop will be held outside, with everyone standing 6 feet apart. (If it rains, the workshop will be postponed.) Face masks are required. The workshop is capped at 10 participants, to ensure social distancing.
